A whirlwind weekend of pride, purchasing and pigging out

This weekend was full of fun with the girls.

Friday night was a regular night out in Arlington.  We ventured to Whitlow's new rooftop desk which was nice but really really hot.

I wore an orange jersey dress from Ann taylor loft and turquoise earrings from markets unknown

Saturday we stopped at public bar for a delicious lunch then attended the Capital Pride Parade

I got Public Bar's famous sweet potato fries and a barbecue cheddar burger

Then we watched the parade....

I wore a black tank top from target and a thai silk wrap skirt that I bought in Thailand at the 

Chatuchak Market

Then back to public bar for more fun

Sunday was a more relaxed day.  Allison and I spent the morning at Eastern Market.  A great flea/fresh produce market in D.C.  Then dropped Eddie off at the house and went back to Clarendon for our favorite Whitlow's brunch.

Ceramic tagines and bowls.  I was dying to buy one.

Hats galore!  It was so hard to walk away from these.

Pretty patterned dresses.

Fresh local herbs.

Beautiful flowers.
