I chose refreshing king crab leg clusters and a nice cold salad for dinner yesterday.

The best technique for getting the meat out of king crab legs- wrap a claw or leg in a kitchen rag. Hit the top of the rag with a hammer or the handle of a pair of scissors. Peel the shell off and enjoy. I like mine with lemon butter.
OMG sooooo good. I haven't ever bought crab legs to eat at home but this is a great idea.
