Peach Prosecco Popsicles

When the mercury hits 100 degrees all you can hope for is something sweet and refreshing to cool you down.  Homemade popsicles with an adult twist are perfect for summer dinners and happy hours with friends.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 100% white grapefruit juice
1 cup prosecco
Frozen peaches
1 Lemon to juice- 2 tbsp juiced


1. Drop a frozen peach slice into each popsicle mold

2. Mix grapefruit juice, prosecco, and lemon juice together

3. Pour mixture into mold over peaches

4. Freeze overnight and enjoy!

The popsicle is incredibly light and refreshing and when you get to the peach its soft inside the ice and delicious to bit into!

  1. This looks so wonderfully refreshing...we've been out at the Italian Festival with 90º+ temps...wish I had some in the freezer!
