A little help please?

So of the few of you out there who actually read my blog, I know many of you are tech savvy. Would anyone care to lend their time in helping me spruce mine up a bit. I have no idea how to do anything HTML or web-design esque but I would really like to turn this blog into something a little more aesthetically pleasing. Anyone?
