To making good habits and extinguishing bad habits: Part II

Week twos good/bad habits:

1. My good habit this week will be to go to two exercise classes at the gym
2. My bad habit this week will be to limit TV/Movie time to 2 hours/day. I know that doesn't sound like an ambitious goal but I have a tendency to put TV on in the background and I would like to get out of that habit.
