Put rocks or an upside down plastic container with wholes pocked in it into the bottom of a pot (this is so the excess water can drain and the plant won't drown

Pack down a few inches of potting soil on top of the rocks
Step 3
Place seedling equally spaced apart from each other on top of the soil
Step 4
Pack soil around the seedlings and continue to press down until soil comes 1/2 to 1 inch over top of seedling just below the edge of the pot
And Voile...Enjoy your fresh herbs! Don't forget to water lightly daily!
