To cut or not to cut...and how short?

That is the question...at least my question for the moment.

Time for my biannual haircut (yes I know I should trim my ends more often) and i'm stuck in that place yet again where I can't decide what to do. My hair is almost as long as it was the last time I chopped it all off. Although I love having long hair I find it often looks dull and uninteresting.

Here are some possibilities (just the cut not the color). Thoughts?

#1 more of a medium length cut...


#2 the same as my last short haircut, the angled bob


#3 don't know how I feel about doing bangs AND a short cut


I need input here people
